unbundle the hubspot pro stack.

Many small teams end up on HubSpot or Salesforce Professional tiers to get pipelines and newsletters, and pay for a lot they never open. Twenty is an open-source CRM with custom objects, workflows, an API and an MCP server on every plan. Pair it with Resend for email and an AI agent can run the whole thing.

Move if…

  • You're on HubSpot Pro mainly for a pipeline and a newsletter
  • Salesforce Starter is about to cross 10 users (the price jumps)
  • You want agents to own data entry, enrichment and follow-ups

Stay if…

  • Your CRM licences cost under ~$5k a year
  • Outbound calling is core (dialers are expensive to rebuild)
  • HubSpot attribution reporting drives your budget decisions
  • You rely on a mature mobile app, an admin, or AppExchange packages
  • You're on Pipedrive or Zoho: keep it and plug Claude into its official MCP

If any of these fit, we'll tell you so in the audit.

How we do it

Low-risk, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Map what you actually use

Pipelines, properties, sequences, forms, reports. Most teams use a fraction of their tier. The audit lists what moves, what gets rebuilt and what you can drop.

  2. 02

    Twenty Cloud + data import

We set up Twenty, rebuild your pipeline and custom objects, import contacts and deals, and move newsletter sends to Resend.

  3. 03

    Agents on the CRM

Claude connects through Twenty's MCP server to handle data hygiene, enrichment, follow-up drafts and weekly pipeline reports.

The honest part

Exporting CRM data is easy. Sequences, attribution reporting, quoting and native forms are what you'd give up or rebuild. If you're mid-contract, we time the switch to your renewal.
